SHIPPING

We ship from Montreal in Canada and the USA.

Our typical lead time before shipping out orders is 7 to 10 business days. This varies depending on the purchased items and our shipping queue. You can view the lead times on the product page of each item.

Once the items have shipped, transit time typically takes between 2 and 4 business days

Please note that all large items, such as our Sim Racing Chassis, Monitor Stands and Racing Seats, might not arrive on the same day as other parts of your order. Because of their weight and size, these boxes get sorted differently at our shipping partner's logistics hub.

WARRANTY

Product warranty is specific to each product. You can view the warranty on the product page of each item.

"Contact Us" with description of the issue as well as the steps you’ve taken towards resolving it. Include pictures & videos if possible. We’ll do our best to get the issue resolved. If we’re unable to resolve the issue, we’ll reach out to the manufacturer and CC you in the email. Following steps will differ depending on the manufacturer.

RETURNS

Our return policy offers a 30-day window for requesting a return on all items, except for electronic products which have a 14-day refund policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return, with the exception of electronic products which have a 14-day refund policy. However, return shipping costs are not covered in our refund policy. Furthermore, a 15% restocking fee will apply to any and all open box items that are being returned to the REBL Sim Sports warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return process, you can contact us at cs@reblsims.com . If your return is accepted, you will have the responsibility to select your preferred carrier, prepare the items for shipment and hand them off to your carrier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Take note, any return not processed through the official return procedure will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Discounted items
Items that have been purchased at a discount are NON refundable if the box has been opened. For a return to be accepted, the box must be sealed. Any discounted items returned by the buyer with an open box will be shipped back to the buyer at their expense.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) can unfortunately not be returned nor refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
